Christmas 2024
We come to the end of another year in which God has worked. We are thankful for His faithfulness to us over these months. We have launched out families into the ministry, seen people move, and others have entered Heaven but through it all God’s been good!
We are grateful for the spiritual impact of events like the Ladies Equipping weekend or the Men’s Retreat. The teens and juniors were impacted by a week of camp, and we had 8 children saved at a wonderful VBS. Picnics, bonfires and family camp allowed us to enjoy each other in a casual environment. Missions Conference was an “experience” as we tried to simulate a service on the mission field and then God planned a storm that made this more realistic as we had Sunday services without power. But through it all God’s been good.
We have improved our property and reached out to the lost through a turkey give away, Christmas parade and weekly door knocking. Others have had personal witnessing opportunities, and we have seen fruit. Thank you for your faithfulness. We were able to start a Spanish speaking ministry in April and it is going well. Our missionaries have impacted lives around the world, and we were able to add some new ones to our family. We love hearing reports and praying for those we have not met. God has been good.
We have journeyed through the book of I Corinthians and studied Old Testament characters. We have also learned how to deal with sin. We hosted a fantastic Counsel the Heart Conference and invested in other ministries. God has been good!
We have married some and had some born. We have rejoiced with these and wept with others. We have prepared meals, visited, loved and served each other faithfully through these events. We have helped other churches who were devastated by the storm and through it all God has been good.
Only eternity will be able to tell all that God has accomplished through your faithfulness. Thank you for your goodness to us as a staff and may we recognize the goodness of God in everything we do!
Psalm 107:8, 15, 21, 31
Oh that men would praise the LORD for his goodness, and for his wonderful works to the children of men!
