We love children at Emmanuel Baptist Church. Teaching the Bible to children in a way that is exciting and on their level is our goal.
Everyone serving in children’s ministry is background checked, and every class has at least 2 adults to support and engage students. You can be assured that we do our best to protect the children entrusted to our care.

Nursery
Nursery is provided during all services for babies 0 to 24 months to give parents a chance to hear God’s word undistrictated! The nursery is a safe place for babies to nap or play.
Like everyone who serves in children’s ministry at Emmanuel, our nursery workers are background checked prior to serving your family, and we always staff the nursery with at least two workers, so you can feel safe knowing that your baby will get plenty of love and attention!
In addition, a quiet room adjoins the nursery where moms are welcome to privately care for their infants as needed.
Pre-school classes are available during every service. Children (age two to five) play, sing, listen to Bible stories, and enjoy child-friendly activities to help them understand that they are loved by the God who created them.

Pre-School

Elementary
Children’s Sunday School classes are held from 10:00-10:45 on Sunday mornings. Little ones learn age-appropriate material in a way that is both engaging and meaningful in graded classes: preschool, 1st–3rd grade boys and girls, and 4th–6th grade boys and girls.
Junior Church is available for for kids in 1st – 6th grade during the 11:30 service on Sunday morning. Kids sing together, learn Bible verses, hear preaching on their level, and enjoy activities to keep their minds and hearts centered on truth.
Master Clubs fill our Wednesday nights with excitement for school-aged children! One of our favorite aspects about this program is that it teaches the children to not only memorize God’s Word and know facts but to apply what they are learning in everyday life.
In addition to these programs that run year round, we also hold an annual Vacation Bible School as well as other special events to keep our kids learning and engaged.
